Fully automatic metal plate punching and shearing machine
   Fully automatic metal plate punching and shearing machine could be used like punching machine, shearing machine, cut to length machine and if you like, you can add one more recoiler, to make the fully automatic production line.
   The following picture is abot the metal plate punching fuction, show an example here:

The production line could be like many options:

1. From decoiler to leveling system and then do the metal punching.
2. During the punching, you can do the cut to length, cut it into small pieces according to your requirements.
3. In the PLC control system, you can specify the length and working speed.
4. Or you can add one more recoiler, after punching, you can recoil it. And make it like a coil.
5. When you need, you can use it at any time.

 
The punching mold could be changed to any type you like. So the whole line could be used to any type puching line within some thickness range.
