The decoiler supports the coil for automatic unwinding and pressing. It is designed for coil inner diameters of 450-550 mm, with a maximum coil width of 1250 mm and a load capacity of 5000 kg.
The feeding section ensures smooth and aligned material entry for precise forming. The main forming machine is built with a 450# H-beam frame for enhanced stability and durability. The shafts are made from heat-treated 45# steel with a diameter of 80 mm, and the rollers are made of GCr15 steel, quenched and chrome-plated for superior hardness and wear resistance. The upper layer consists of 12 forming stations, and the lower layer has 15 stations. The machine uses a chain transmission system and is powered by a 7.5 kW motor.
The cutting system features an advanced hydraulic-driven mechanism controlled by a PLC for precise automatic cutting. The blades are made from Cr12 steel with quenching treatment, ensuring accurate cutting with a tolerance of ±2 mm. The hydraulic system, powered by a 3 kW motor, includes an oil tank, hydraulic pumps, pipelines, and solenoid valves, operating with 40# hydraulic oil.
The electrical system features a 5.7-inch Panasonic touch screen, Panasonic PLC, and inverter for high-speed and stable performance. It includes automatic length measurement, counting, and cutting. Safety features include movable switches, fuses, radiators, transformers, and leakage protection breakers. An Omron encoder provides accurate length measurement.
The finished products are collected on an output table made of 60*40 mm square tubes with rollers. Dimensions: 3 x 0.9 x 0.6 meters.
Spare parts include 2 contactor contacts, 4 sets of fuses, 1 set of rubber pads, and a wrench set.
