The double layer roofing sheet machine designed for Chile is tailored according to the most commonly used local profiles. It can process input coil widths of 1000 mm, 940 mm, or other customized sizes. Customers may select either a single-layer configuration (available in normal or high-speed options) or a double-layer setup for enhanced efficiency. Below is a sample profile drawing for reference.

By default, the machine is equipped with a manual decoiler and a manual cutter. However, an automatic hydraulic decoiler and hydraulic cut-to-length system can be supplied upon request. The two-pillar pole shearing structure ensures long-term durability and stable operation.
