Days ago, an American clitent contacted us and orderd a line of light steel gauge Roll Forming Machine and now it has been finished and ready to go. Running test is needed before the shippingment. So we went and test it yesterday.
Fiirst, let's hav a look at the pictures of the finished products:
This machine can produce both products of C channel and U channel and it has to accomadate sheets of 5 widths, 41mm, 64mm, 92mm, 102mm, and 152mm.
Many people may be curious how it can manange to change the sheets with different widths. Then please check the picture below:
When you need to change sheets, just add or remove some of these spacer bushes.
