I. General Description:

This equipment is designed for one set of Corrugated Steel Panel Roll Forming Machine,with hydraulic cutting device and control by computer system, for the material is made of pre-painted galvanized steel sheet, thickness of forming sheet varies from 0.2 mm to 0.4 mm in full hard material (G550), and the raw material width is approximately 1000 mm Max.

A) Uncoiler: mandrel expand type: Specification

2. Coil stock-Inner dia : 480 mm to 508 mm

4. Width : 1250 mm max.

5. Loading capacity : 7500 kgs max.

7. Main motor : 5 HP hydraulic motor.

8. Rotating speed : 20 m/min max.

9. Attach with one supporting arm equipment.

10. Attach with cooling equipment by fan.

13. Control box: All of push button switches pilot lamps, emergency stop switch and in computer system.

B) Cold Roll Forming Machine:

Specification:

1. Thickness of forming sheet: 0.2 mm to 0.4 mm (G550).

2. Forming speed: 18~20 m/min.

3. Roll shaft dia: 75 mm in S45C- precision polishing and high frequency.

4. Roll stands: 23 sets of roll in SUJ2-hard chrome coated.

5. Main motor: 15 HP hydraulic motor.

6. Complete with one set of tachometer for automatic production.

7. Attach with one set of runout table.

8. Control box: All of push button switches pilot lamps, emergency stop switch and in computer system with touch screen.

C) Hydraulic Cutting Device:

1. Attached with one set of rear-cutter in hydraulic system.

2. Hydraulic cutting system is controlled by computer.
