As the steel silo needs punching device, here the tools and parameters for your reference:

To make sure the quality the dies we will SKH51 or DC53, HRC 58-62. The whole punching operation should be automated and controlled by a program installed in the PC which is located in the operator’s console. And the device we will adopt whole punch holes device, 2 steps, first side, then middle.
The last step Online Curving Device:

For this punching device, we use adopt 4 rollers mechanical horizontal type structure then it can help you do the online continue curving, to avoid the ends of the corrugated sheet be perfect.
