In 2025, we had the pleasure of working with a customer from Mexico who purchased one of our rack roll forming machines. Not long after, they decided to boost their production capabilities even further. They added a leveling system, a servo-fed punching machine, a sophisticated control system, a post-cutting unit, and a hydraulic station. With these upgrades, their entire production line is now fully automated, making it much more efficient and productive.
About the Punching System for the Teardrop Pallet Rack Upright Machine:
Their new punching system is a real workhorse, packing a powerful 125-ton capacity and hitting speeds of up to 36 punches per minute. Each punch spans about 20 cm, which means the line can produce at around 8 meters per minute—keeping everything in perfect sync with the roll forming process. That means the operation runs smoothly, with consistent, high-quality results.
