The Universal Vertical Stud Roll Forming Machine (High-Speed Model) is designed for the precision manufacturing of galvanized steel vertical studs and floor tracks used in light steel framing systems. The machine adopts a fully CNC-adjustable specification system, enabling rapid size changes without manual tooling replacement, ensuring versatility, high production efficiency, and stable product quality.

It supports multiple stud and track specifications via interchangeable cutting dies. The standard configuration includes 6 sets of cutting molds, allowing the production of 6 different sizes. Additional molds can be purchased for expanded product range.
