This fully automated production line is engineered to fabricate cold-formed steel studs and matching tracks with exceptional accuracy and flexibility. Designed for gauges ranging from 18 to 33 mil (25–20 ga) and stud widths of 1 ⅝″ up to 6″, it can also produce track legs of 1 ¼″, 2″, or 3″. Custom profiles are accommodated on demand, making the system ideal for modern drywall partitions and ceiling grid applications in North America.

The molds are easy to interchange and just take 30 mins to change typically.
